So how do you guys like your ice cream? I usually go for French Vanilla made with egg yolks. But lately I've run into awesome vanilla ice cream made without eggs, just cream. Really good flavor with fewer calories. But just to get started, here's the traditional "custard" style ice cream. I can watch this stuff all day! Quote |
