RetroDaze - Thread | The Dark Tower

The Gunslinger Series is highly imaginative and ambitious but is also one of Stephen King's more amateurish outings. From what I remember, King even included an apology for the ending in the last book of the epic series.

That being said, I've always wanted to see this madness on screen.

However, there are some red flaggs with this movie. #1 it is rated PG-13 and the books are hard-R material. #2 the 90 minute run time. Even if it is a sequel, how can they adapt the lore of 7+ books in 90 minutes?

We might have to wait a little longer for a decent Dark Tower adaptation.
