Sometimes the exterminator will come into our home and spray for bugs in two rooms, but that's it. Hardly what I would call doing a job. Quote Disable Sigs "Magic can happen to you."

Let's see there's the Kardasians, that chick that's part of the "cash me ouside" meme, and I'm sure there's a few others. Frankly, I think it's sickening that these are the kind of people that are being painted all over the media. Wish we could focus more on legitimately successful people like scientists or doctors or authors or someone! Sometimes they're talked about but it feels like they still take a back seat to idiots like the Kardasians. They need to be ignored. Entirely. Just forget they exist. They're not worth any airtime.
Wir sprechen zu viel, aber wir sehen zu wenig.

Agreed. As a society we don't focus much on successful people who legitimately earned their success. We instead choose to become absorbed by those who didn't but who make for good television ratings. It's really more our own fault than anything, for giving them the attention.

@Linux:
People like the Kartrashians don't have real jobs as being celebrities, but the media still praises them. "Magic can happen to you."

Mr Magic wrote :I think you're being a tad ignorant Crow. Exterminator's do a lot more than just spray rooms. Like climb up into 120 degree attics, crawl under damp, dark basements and handle dead animals. It's a hard job for sure. Anyone who's taking in serious cash is usually a hard worker, even the Kardashians. Sometimes the "how" they make it is less describable but we'll never see the day when the trash man signs a 200 million dollar contract and the guy who throws a pigskin ball gets a 50 cent raise. |

Not this exterminator. This was an apartment he was spraying. "Magic can happen to you."
