I have been using PaleMoon ever-since I joined Retro-Daze... and boy does that show!

I think that PaleMoon is an excellent browser by pretty much every metric (I even have it installed on my phone, that's how much I like it) but, when it comes to RD, everything goes.

From the browser thinking that I'm offline, even though I'm totally logged on, to disappearing interface options, to the inability to quote posts (ever wondered why I tag people instead?) to literally not allowing me to post any images nor videos on the site (I have since found a way around it, though). It's so messed up, it is actually great.

But the cherry on top came yesterday, when my browser actively decided to make all active YouTube videos go fullscreen if Retro-Daze was also loading. And the best thing about that is that it doesn't just apply to videos ON this site, it does it on YT as well!

I wanna make it perfectly clear: I'm not complaining (I'm not even reporting a bug nor anything to that effect), I just thought that it would be interesting to share this, since I have never had anything like this happen before.

This browser hates retro-culture more than it hates my WiFi failing !

methinks that ever since retro-daze has been running on a different server, lots of issues have surfaced. with an unheard of web browser like the one you're using, I wonder how retro-daze will perform on the opera browser lol.

PaleMoon? I've never heard of that. Based on some cursory research it was forked from Mozilla/Firefox a long time ago. And the site works on the current Firefox just fine. I'm guessing the issue lies with the browser itself not the site. It sounds like it doesn't work very well. I'd stick with Chrome or Firefox.

I gave the middle finger to Firefox a long time ago, though. PaleMoon simply works better for 99% of the sites.

Yeah. Anything besides Firefox or Chrome is uncharted territory when you visit here. LOL.

Yea, I'm having no problems with Chrome or Firefox on mobile or desktop.

I may as well fess-up too.

My home network is under constant attack by pretty much everything out there. Can't tell ya how many times I'm trying to come here and my anti-virus shuts me down for a cleaning.

With everything that has happened in 2016 my bug battles seem almost funny.

Let me apologize for not being around much this year. The ghost of Christmas system scan.

Ill have to pull up Prodigy Online on my WebTV and see if the site works there.

What anti-virus do you have installed, Edd? Because its constant reports are setting off my BS detector as well.

What I'm saying is that it seems A LITTLE too eager to shut you down every time it feels like it.
