I'm not sure if it's just me...maybe the browser I use, but when I try to use the "quote" function in the forums, nothing happens, and the Smiles come up as broken images. Quote Disable Sigs www.AnthonyJRapino.com

I'm having the same problems.
I can't help you with the quote issue, but you can copy and paste the smilies. "Magic can happen to you."

When I want to quote somebody I have to: click the <> Source button, then Quote, then click the Source button again. Then the quoted text will appear in the compose field. See if that does anything for ya. You can type smilies by using their codes. If you mouse over one, it should appear. Like :) for the smile or :zomb: for the zombie. |

Sometimes the quote issue is a result of something in your signature. Try erasing your sig and see if the issue persists. As far as the smilies go, that must be a browser issue or conflict.

Awesome, thanks for the tips. I'll try that all out.

So that's strange. The problem persists on firefox. I took away all signatures. Could be my computer I guess?

So I've found one thing that can cause the quote function to not work. If you include a ' (apostrophe) in your signature, it can disable the quote function.

It would help if you leave everything single-spaced.
