What does everyone consider to be too short or too long in regards to article length?

I'm currently writing an article where I review each book from a book series. The book series contained 25 books all together. They weren't thick books by any means, two of the books were directly connected to one another, and another two may have been connected to each other (that was never really explained).

I wouldn't do a long review of each book, just a paragraph or few to give you my basic feeling towards each book. Would that sound like a too long of an article for you?

I'm not an admin or anything but I think that sounds great! Some of the best articles have some meat on the bones like the Dog Days of Childhood!

It's up to you as the writer, if it gets too lengthy you can always split the article into two parts

Yeah, there's not really an imposed limit on size of an article, though it is suggested that they be 600 to 700 words at least... and some images.

Like echidna said, some of the best articles are pretty lengthy, mainly because they spend time digging deep into the details and tell a great story of one's youth. I'm looking forward to your article man!

Throw in some personal memories of each book and I'll read the whole thing.

The only time length is really considered is for the contests.

I wholly agree w/ @vkimo.  When people's personal memories are included in their articles, it grabs and holds my attention so much more.  I highly suggest including your personal memories in your article instead of just a straight review.
