Starring Adam Sandler...
This looks very, very, VERY stupid. Which isn't necessarily to say that I wouldn't like it. I'm not sure. The idea is pretty interesting and the execution looks cool. It's quite silly and I'm OK with that, but not the kind of overcooked jokes that Sandler does lately. And I see a little of that in this trailer. What do you think?
You.
Me.
Mistletoe.
Me.

Okay, so... I am not a fan of recent Adam Sandler films. Like you said, they are just a bunch of the same stuff over and over, and some get so goofy that they just lose coherence.
But, sorry... he put Pac-Man and Donkey Kong in as bad guys. He WILL get my money. I hate you Adam Sandler. You love this signature.

Pac Man as the bad guy? Yeah, that makes sense. Although, the part with him eating Toru Iwatani's hand made me laugh.
I like Adam Sandler's films, but Jack and Jill was just really bad. "Magic can happen to you."

Here's a short from one of the writers (I'm guessing the main one, although he's not top billed) from five years ago.
It all reminds me of the Galaga web comic a couple years back. Very similar. Pixel bad guys invade our real, modern world. I'd link it, but there's nothing on the page any more for some reason. Kevin James yelling about how bad can a barrel be is pretty dumb. Like obviously, it's freakin huge! And you're out there because you've already seen damage occur. Bleh... And yes, Pacman could be a bad guy. There's a lot of funny fan theories, about who the ghosts were before they were ghosts and stuff (Pacman killed them) |

Didn't these two pair up in a movie about faking homosexuality for pension benefits?
I'm sure the visuals will be good, but I'm not sold on those 2. Adam Sandler had his run and Doug from KoQ is funny but I dunno. I just dunno. |

So, did anyone else actually see this one? I'm not usually the biggest Adam Sandler fan, but I liked it. Something about all of the classic arcade characters appearing together in a single film appealed to me.

Superman wrote :I watched and enjoyed it. It was one of Sandler's better outings of late. Admittedly that isn't saying much, but still... it was good enough that I may watch it again sometime in my life. You love this signature.
