That sounds like an overall great experience with free tickets and a private screening! 

Based on the trailers it reminds me of The Force Awakens which was a soft reboot with a basically plagiarized third act haha

Finally got to watch Ghostbusters afterlife It was pretty good a little bit better than what the trailers show. I felt that it recycled a bit too much from the original movie to the point where it was more like an homage. The Walmart scene really took me out of the movie. Feel like the whole third act was probably rewritten at some point. Overall I would give it maybe a 6 or 7 out of 10.

Watching it now. It actually doesn't disappoint. Great continuation and tribute to the original.

I feel that 63% rating from Rotten Tomatoes is a B.S. rating.

I never did trust them.

as far as modern day goes, almost nobody on social media trusts rotten tomatoes anymore. i remember when emoji movie got a zero percent critic rating and then like a week later it changed.

I just don't see them as professional critics, Ben.
