44855Worst movies of last decade (in your opinion)
"Wreck-It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks The Internet". I didn't like how game-jumping was viewed as something negative in the first movie, both for its' title character and the film's villain, King Candy, but seen as something positive for Vanellope in the sequel. The fact that Wreck-It Ralph is chastised for his actions in the second movie, but Vanellope didn't catch any heat for her actions, ruined the movie for me.

"Jem And The Holograms" was also a big disappointment for me as well. I think several things wrecked it, most notably changing everything that made the cartoon so unique to turn the film into a generic band movie, and giving the movie a budget of 5 million dollars when other Hasbro properties turned into movies had budgets in the nine-figure range. $5 million couldn't even cover 10 minutes of special effects in a Transformers movie, so how could they make a decent Jem movie for that budget?

Also, I didn't like "Jack And Jill", either. I think Cinematic Excrement's review of the movie is funnier than the film itself:

<!-- You're using demo endpoint of Iframely API commercially. 44853Worst movies of last decade (in your opinion)
here's one that started with the decade, the last airbender movie. so much of the charm the series was known for was taken out for these bland and forgettable performances, and character names like aang and sokka were mispronounced. my brother and i decided to actually waste our time to go see it in the theater.

BenjanimeJan 07, 2020View

44850Worst movies of last decade (in your opinion)
Pretty much most of them sucked (On the plus side, we did get two new animated cult classic films in Wreck it Ralph 1 and Big Hero 6, so there was at least that. Other than that, 2010's was the era of recycled Hollywood trash)
RetroSnob88Jan 07, 2020View

44848The Café
COPPA has taken effect on youtube, here's a copy of the update email youtube sent:

Last September, we announced a series of changes that we’d be making to better protect kids and their privacy on YouTube, and to address the concerns raised to us by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Specifically, that all creators would be required to designate their content as made for kids or not made for kids in YouTube Studio, and that personal information from anyone watching a video designated as made for kids would be treated as coming from a child, regardless of the age of the user.

Starting today, we will no longer serve personalized ads or support features such as comments, Stories, live chat, notification bell, and others on videos designated made for kids.

We know these changes may have significant impact on creators making kids content, so we’re committed to helping them navigate this new landscape. We continue to engage on this issue, including by participating in the FTC's open comment period. We know many creators have provided valuable feedback as well.

If you haven’t already, please ensure you have set your channel (or individual videos) as made for kids or not, as this will ultimately determine how your content is treated on YouTube.

Creators know their content best, and should set the designation themselves. We also use machine learning to help us identify this content, and creators can update a designation made by our systems if they believe it is incorrect. We will only override a change if abuse or error is detected.

Thank You
The YouTube Team

the last sentence is very important, the "machine learning" bots they use can potentially change one or more of your videos to a young audience option if they see fit to it, so be careful. again, i'm setting all of my videos to "not for kids" by default to be safe.
BenjanimeJan 07, 2020View
