46086Billion Dollar Stadium
With everything, good and bad, happening in California recently, I'm convinced that the entire SoFi Stadium Development Zone is a catalysts for the remodeling of Greater Inglewood area into a financial/entertainment hub, taking advantage of its proximity to LAX.

And that also means completely overturning the lives of ordinary people who have lived in Inglewood for years.

I started following some of the guys shooting videos around the area, like John Kay. Many locals are now filming all around the nearby neighborhoods to documents whats happening to neighborhoods surrounding the SoFi development zone.

eddstarrSep 04, 2020View

Big power and light weight made the Alpine GTA a real terror on the European racecircuit and generated raceing fans around the world. Unfortunately, delays in meeting the EPA emissions certifications and the Renault Corporate withdrawal from the US market in 1987 has made the Alpine GTA a very rare car in the United States.

All versions of the Renault Alpine are extremely collectable and bring out the "80's Kid" in old guys, like me!

eddstarrSep 04, 2020View

46080The Café
I found something really cool on YouTube today. Back when Fox Kids was purchased by 4Kids and transformed into the Fox Box, Toys R Us stores handed out a video tape to customers featuring promos and sneak peeks at all the new programs that would be airing on the block. I've never been able to find the entire tape online.

Well some guy finally uploaded it to YouTube back in July. There's a tiny snippet missing at the beginning about entering a sweepstakes. They also removed the burnout commercial, the cringey Ultraman rap and the final bumper after the website reveal. But aside from those few things it's complete.

<!-- You're using demo endpoint of Iframely API commercially. 46078Halloween Countdown Starts Now
I havn't written out my list (I was thinking of using letterboxd to make an actual list this year), but I did dig out all the physical media I want to view and make my yearly "stack." I'm thinking maybe that will be the subject of my next article (my first Halloween movie marathon).
oniparSep 04, 2020View
46077Retro Manic! on YouTube
Yeah! We're definitely going to be using this board with the YouTube version. I just need to work on creating the images for the Halloween-themed mobs.

retrocrunch wrote :
Very cool Tony! Is this going to actually be played??? Id love to see this alternate version in the works. Let me know if you need a beta tester. You know im always up for it. very cool. You can do a Christmas one too!
 -end quote

Vaporman87Sep 04, 2020View
