20250A New Addition to the RetroDaze Family Incoming...Well, in what became an unnecessarily arduous task, 80sXChange is finally on it's new home server. What a mess that was, through no fault of anyone really... just one of those things.

Getting and uploading the files/database was the easy part. Getting the forum to connect to the database, well... that was a whole other thing. After days of reading countless support threads, contacting vBulletin AND my hosting company for help, and bugging poor Sal with every bit of it, the issue was finally resolved.

Turns out not ALL of the database tables were making it through because of the tremendous size of the forum data. Once that issue was taken care of, the light at the end of the tunnel was in view.

Big thanks to Sal for his help and patience.
Vaporman87Apr 26, 2015View
