Taking out your photo... flapping it around in the air, waiting for it to show up.
| Vaporman87 | May 08, 2015 | |

I don't remember people's phone numbers like I used to. Even had trouble dialing my wife when using the house phone haha due to storing numbers as contacts on my cell phone.

I got one, seeing how a picture came out only when you got the envelope back from the drug store photo lab.
| vkimo | May 08, 2015 | |

If you needed information on something it was far more laborious a task than it would ever be today. You had book stores, libraries, the encyclopedia, and teachers/loved ones. That was it.

I do think that we were more content with "not knowing" then as well. It was just a fact of life that some things were going to be difficult to find out, and we were content to not bother if it were something not of the utmost importance.
| Vaporman87 | May 08, 2015 | |

He was viciously beaten the day before filming started to make him more docile. Near the end of filming the sequel "Any Which Way You Can," the orangutan was caught stealing doughnuts on the set, brought back to the training facility and beaten for 20 minutes with a 3 1/2 -foot ax handle. That's Hollywood for you.

Can you imagine any star working with a dangerous animal ever again? Especially in a time with CGI? I simply can't imagine a show like Grizzly Adams ever using real bears in the scene with actors.
| Vaporman87 | May 08, 2015 | |
20515 | Retro-Daze let's get healthy! | I hit the treadmill again for the first time since we got back from Florida (and since we began remodeling the room in which it sits). Trying to look into ways to adhere to the DASH or a Mediterranean diet. Apparently my metabolism does not function like a normal person, which is why I find myself with Metabolic Syndrome. So it's not something that I can just go on a diet and fix. This will need to be a lifestyle change, for life. But hey... if I can stop drinking soda (a miracle for me), I can do this. Wish me luck.
| Vaporman87 | May 08, 2015 | |
20514 | Worst Friday the 13th film | The scene with Rick's eyeball popping out was so cheap looking. He looked like a mannequin.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsHas1cRGKc
| Mr Magic | May 08, 2015 | |
