21338 | The brilliance of Mr. John Hughes. | The man definitely knew how to capture teen angst. My favorite of his is actually the somewhat unknown Career Opportunities.

When I first saw it I was about the same age as the main character. He was in his early 20s, living at home with no real plan or prospects, and he was perfectly content despite his family and friends concern about his future. I could identify with him so much, and still can to this day.
| vkimo | Jun 12, 2015 | |
21337 | How was your day? | Went to my nephew's high school graduation. Saw some familiar faces and heard the same old rehashed speeches from the faculty. Can't believe it's been a decade since I left school.
| vkimo | Jun 12, 2015 | |
21336 | The Goldbergs | Love that song. It's on my iPhone playlist.
| Vaporman87 | Jun 12, 2015 | |
21335 | RIP Christopher Lee and Dusty Rhodes | Sad to hear about Dusty Rhodes.
| pikachulover | Jun 12, 2015 | |
21334 | The Goldbergs | This calls for a celebratory 80's song!

Tarzan Boy, anyone?

| Mr Magic | Jun 11, 2015 | |
21333 | Amazon doesn't have this, but this site does. | I wonder how sellers like these a) justify charging so much,
and b) stay in business at all.

I imagine their only customers are the last few people who still haven't discovered torrenting.
| jkatz | Jun 11, 2015 | |
21332 | RIP Christopher Lee and Dusty Rhodes | I sometimes forget how old Christopher Lee was. But man, he was awesome. Such a bummer seeing him go. But he lived a long and fulfilling life! Couldn't ask for more. | Linux_Sage | Jun 11, 2015 | |
21331 | Amazon doesn't have this, but this site does. |
blueluigi wrote :
Yeah, it's obviously a bootleg. The shady cover art is a dead giveaway. Not to mention the page looks like something you'd see on iOffer. The fact that they have that is laughable since there's already a complete series set of that show released in stores, which you can get for under $20 at Walmart.
-end quote
Plus it's region-free, with "custom artwork", and "brand new and sealed" yet "ultra-rare".
| shakin steak | Jun 11, 2015 | |
21330 | Amazon doesn't have this, but this site does. | Yeah, I got mine for that price.
| Mr Magic | Jun 11, 2015 | |
