The first two episodes of You Can't Do That on Television was shown tonight. The only other time I actually saw that on TV was during a 2004 anniversary airing.

The only complaint I currently have is how they said that The Adventures of Pete and Pete was supposed to air tonight. Well, they did show Pete and Pete... but only the shorts. Seems they still have some of the previous block's old habit of teasing the fans. That, and the fact that some shows come on 10 minutes after their scheduled to come on. -end quote
This week they are doing first episodes in celebration of the premiere. So they probably will show full episodes in the near future. | ThatDudeintheHoodie | Oct 06, 2015

It was like a Robert Rodriguez/Quentin Tarantino/Grindhouse type movie, like El Mariachi or Machete or Death Proof. It also had a little bit of a 1970's italian movie feeling like Mario Bava's Kidnapped (aka Rabid Dogs). There were these cool Grand theft auto type titles for each new part of the movie saying "new mission", "mission accomplished" or "mission failed". Also there was a grand theft auto/video game style for some scenes. Cool music.
| Jrs1991 | Oct 06, 2015 | |

24855 | NickSplat | This programming block should be shown during the day. All the modern stuff can wait.
| Mr Magic | Oct 06, 2015 | |
24854 | NickSplat | If they do eventually make this a channel it would tempt me into getting cable again. Right now I only have Netflix and Hulu, and some of the older shows are on there. Still it's nice to see that they are bringing some of them back, and I'm planning on sneaking over to my mother in law's house to watch it | AngelOtter | Oct 06, 2015
