But all this activity is slowly grinding to a halt as the concrete workers strike really takes hold.</p> <p>Other trade unions are joining with the concrete workers and lately some parts of Seattle are sarting to look like a ghost town. There's new construction going quiet right outside my living room window. I started feeling ill on a Tuesday, I felt completely normal by Saturday.
