35014Shovel KnightHope you don't mind if I throw the trailer up. It's been a few years but I love the 2-D graphics. <div style="position:relative;height:0;padding-bottom:56.25%"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/jo-uuawy9Ok?ecver=2" width="640" height="360" frameborder="0" style="position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;left:0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div>eddstarrApr 16, 2017View
35013Batman (the 1966 show)I'm a big Julie Newmar fan so you can bet that I love the episodes with Catwoman.<div><br></div><div>Notice the playfulness between Adam and Julie. Is this acting or a real affection between these two?</div> <div style="position:relative;height:0;padding-bottom:75.0%"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/XY_KZu-tnPk?ecver=2" width="480" height="360" frameborder="0" style="position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;left:0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div>eddstarrApr 16, 2017View

35011Super Mario Bros. (the movie)My guess is they couldn't get anyone better. I think it wasn't seen as a prestige project at the time or since, and they were extremely lucky to get Dennis Hopper, never mind anyone else. shakin steakApr 16, 2017View
35010Batman (the 1966 show)<p>I need to check it out. Haven't seen it since I was a kid, but I've been thinking about it a little since it shows up in the TV listings. </p><p>Coupla fun facts I've read: </p><p>The show now looks like it was purely for kids, due to the bright colors and animated sound effects, but it was a big hit with adults, too. Many tuned in to see the frequent guest stars.</p><p>Regular stars were also a draw. Burgess Meredith (The Penguin) and Cesar Romero (The Joker) were considered serious actors in their careers prior to Batman. Romero famously refused to shave his moustache to play Joker, and it can be seen though his white pancake makeup on modern technology. I wonder how many people noticed this during the original run on the relatively small, relatively low resolution, and frequently even black & white TV sets that were in use at the time.</p>shakin steakApr 16, 2017View
35009Batman (the 1966 show)I own the dvd &nbsp;set too and am slowly working my way through it.<div>Out of the classic villains, The Riddler is easily the best, and by that I mean the most fun to watch. Penguin is a close second.</div><div>The celebrity villains don't do much for me, actually. 50 years ago it was probably a lot more appealing because people knew who they were, but they just all kinda blur together for me after &nbsp;watching enough episodes in a row. I am looking forward to Vincent Price as Egghead and Eli Wallach as Mr. Freeze, though.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>jkatzApr 16, 2017View
35008Clint Eastwood<div><img src="http://www.impawards.com/1974/posters/thunderbolt_and_lightfoot_ver2.jpg"></div>Underrated movie. I wouldn't mind seeing Jeff Bridges and Clint Eastwood work together again.jkatzApr 16, 2017View

The crayon takes a lot away from the drawing.jkatzApr 16, 2017View
