35236 | Last Thing you Bought? | <p>So about 6 months ago a little shop opened up here in our area with old games and videos and stuff. We finally went in and I left with a Raspberry Pi with like 5,000 games on it from tons of systems. I didn't even know there were nearly a hundred games for the TurboGrafx-16!</p><p> I'm going to hook it up sometime soon and get down to business</p> | Vaporman87 | Apr 24, 2017
35235 | Dick Tracy (1990) | Just yesterday, I got in a whole box, 36 packs worth, of unopened Dick Tracy cards from the movie. Over at my retro blog, I'm going to be doing a series of posts on wax pack openings, where I relieve the fun of opening a new pack of cards. The Dick Tracy cards will certainly be featured in one of those, and I'm going to do some kind of give away with the rest of the wax packs I've been getting lately. | mickyarber | Apr 24, 2017
35234 | Samurai Jack | Just don't let this show and Dexter's Lab take over your life like it did Timbox's, TDITH.<div><br></div><div>He's already got this Dee-Dee fetish.</div> | Mr Magic | Apr 24, 2017
35233 | Samurai Jack | I forget the exact episode, but Jack happens upon this house that is haunted. There's some legit scary sequences. I also love the episode where the ape men teach him to jump. | vkimo | Apr 24, 2017
35232 | Playlist for Guardians of the Galaxy-2 | Back when I was at Arizona State University, a local DJ at one of the Phoenix radio stations asked for a listener poll: "Worst Songs of the 70's".<div><br></div><div>Keep in mind that this was 1978 so the decade wasn't over yet, lol. </div><div><br></div><div>Well it turned into a day long listener battle but one of the songs that hit the "worst" list was , "Brandy", by Looking Glass, around #25 or so. Another surprise to me was, "Precious and Few", by Climax.</div><div><br></div><div>Could not believe that so many songs I like were hated by so many other people. After the shock wore off I learned a lesson - music is a personal thing. </div><div><br></div><div>At least the 70's offered a wide variety of music. </div><div><br></div><div>Everything from, "Me and Mrs. Jones" by Billy Paul to "Convoy" by C.W. McCall.</div><div><br></div><div>Tanya Tucker had a Top Ten hit song in 1975 called, "Lizzy and the Rainman". It was Tanya's only crossover hit and I remember Casey Kasem had a lot of fun when this song lasted three weeks on "American Top 40".</div> <div style="position:relative;height:0;padding-bottom:75.0%"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Sk-DUwvL3C8?ecver=2" width="480" height="360" frameborder="0" style="position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;left:0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div> | eddstarr | Apr 23, 2017
35231 | Dick Tracy (1990) | I just watched this for the first time in a few years. What stood out to me is that it really does feel like the world of the comic strip was brought to life. Though there are other movies that were based on comic books that I enjoy more than I enjoy this one, I can't say that about any of them. Every other comic book film I've ever watched feels more like the characters were ripped from the comics and dropped into our world, but this one really feels like a comic book brought to life. | Superman | Apr 23, 2017

35228 | Samurai Jack | I had my doubts about the new episodes, but they've been knocking it out of the ballpark.<div><br></div><div>My favorite episodes are the ones from the earlier seasons.. like the one with the invincible archers.</div><div>I'm also a fan of any episode with the Scotsman,</div> | jkatz | Apr 23, 2017
