Roger Moore played a man named Simon Templar, a modern day Robin Hood - "steals from the ultra rich to give to the poor but deserving". </div><div style="font-weight: normal;"><br></div><div style="font-weight: normal;">TV shows about men who steal for a living can be graphic, but "Simon Templar" did it with style. </div><div style="font-weight: normal;"><br></div><div>There's no doubt in my mind - The British invasion of 60's music was <b>Nothing</b> compared to the British invasion of television in the 1960s. </div><div><br></div><div>As James Bond, Roger Moore was one of many. but as Simon Templar, "The Saint" was all Roger Moore!
