35964The Good Son
I always liked this movie. I dunno... as a kid, seeing something of a horror/thriller with kids. Also, Culkin dropping the eff bomb. I'll bet he was giddy, getting the go ahead from his mom to cuss on tape.
fuschniktJun 03, 2017View

35961Last TV show you watchedDanny Phantom. I was never a diehard fan of this series when it was first airing, but I actually do think now and days it's the best show Butch Hartman has ever produced, even if Fairly Oddparents has been more popular and still airing.Rick Ace RhodesJun 03, 2017View
35960The Good SonI just saw this on Netflix over Easter weekend. My father really enjoys this movie, but I don't see what he sees. I think the plot of the film is okay, but trying to imagine Macaulay Culkin as this murderous psychopath is just too laughable in my opinion.

And let's not forget his acting is pretty horrible. The final scene where he and Elijah Wood were dangling from the cliff and his begging his mom to let go of Elijah had to be some of the worst line readings I have ever encountered.
Rick Ace RhodesJun 03, 2017View

35958Batman & RobinTrue and it has been a LONG time since I've seen the whole movie but once Batman is taken out of the equation they would basically have to fight each other right? echidna64Jun 03, 2017View

The partnership benefited Ivy more than it did Freeze. She basically manipulated him into his plan of covering the planet in ice and killing off all of humanity so that she could start over again by populating the world with her animal-plant hybrids. It's still not the best movie writing, but I guess that explanation for the team-up is better than nothing.
-end quote
I always figured it was because both were using each other to obtain their own goals. -end quote

Yeah, that's how I see it. They were both using each other for their own goals, with Ivy getting a bit more out of the deal than Freeze.
SupermanJun 02, 2017View
35955The CaféMy mother took our dog to the vet yesterday. He did just fine, but she had to give him a sedative in order for him to be calm. When he came home, he was calm, lackluster and did everything he was asked.

So apparently the key to having a well behaved Beagle is to drug the hell out of them.
Rick Ace RhodesJun 02, 2017View
