36340Ronda Rousey to Headline Battle of the Network Stars RebootDid anybody else watch it? They are going to rerun the premiere on Saturday and Monday.

They threw in some retro elements like the yellow ABC jackets, footage from the original series, and a new Wide World of Sports opening.

I don't think I ever watched the original series. It was off the air when I was 4.
pikachuloverJun 30, 2017View
36339Lethal Weapon (1987)I first saw this movie in 1999, around the time I turned 17. My mother was initially reluctant to let me see it, but I got the trilogy on VHS for Christmas that year. The first one was the one that remained me with the most. I would watch it whenever it came on, even if it was on basic cable. I can recall one day in 2000 me, my friend Joe, and two of my brother's friends drove a town or two over to get pizza from Domino's and then we came back to watch the movie on TBS on a Sunday afternoon.

This movie is one of my all-time favorite action movies, and I still love it after all these years. I would often write about it in my RetroJunk articles, and I even interviewed Joan Severance, who had an uncredited role in the movie, for RJ in 2010. I was sure to ask her about it.
Caps 2.0Jun 30, 2017View

36336That's Just StupidUnited Airlines is once again back in the news for something that might turn into a public relations nightmare. However, unlike everything else that happened this year, I don't see how they are at fault here.Rick Ace RhodesJun 29, 2017View

36332It Was Twenty Years Ago Today...Funny story about this fight. The night it happened my family went to the drive in. I think we went to see Hercules and Jungle 2 Jungle as a double feature. We didn't know about the ear biting until we got home late at night. The movies would run until after midnight.
pikachuloverJun 29, 2017View
