But one thing I would highly advise against taking are fluroquinolones. Most specifically, Ciprofloxacin. I almost made the mistake of taking Ciprofloxacin before I held off on reading the two page black box warning label, and did my research... and I'm very glad I did as I may have dodged a bullet. Ciprofloxacin, along with the other fluroquinolone drugs, are poison. It is something that can literally cripple your body to the point of being bedridden. While most drugs always have a risk of having side effects... fluroquinolones has an entire website dedicated to horror stories of victims affected by fluroquinolone drugs. And their stories are exactly the same. They took it thinking it would help, and then their bodies are permanently crippled.
