787 | Article | Ajimbo | @Vaporman87: The Big Orange Couch was given away in a contest with $20,000 dollars in the cushions. The manager of the Sony studio in LA went to grad school with me two years ago and told me that her friends won it when I mentioned I studied nostalgia. It resides in an apartment in Salinas, California. | Sep 08, 2013
786 | Article | Vaporman87 | This was a really great look back at the evolution of Hard Rock/Heavy Metal through the major transitions of the early 90's to today. It is funny how some bands managed to stay on top throughout the years, while others just either could not adapt, or refused to. Thanks to Venomous Mask for this! | The Great Hard Rock Harvest | Sep 06, 2013
785 | Article | Benjanime | man i missed seeing this block go, it sucks how fast time passes, but hey, what can you do. great article! | A Look at SNICK | Sep 05, 2013
784 | Article | Mr Magic | Another one that just came to mind was that superhero/villain from Gex, who had gas. | Top five idiotic video game villians | Sep 05, 2013
782 | Article | Vaporman87 | I think one that could be easily added to this list is Zur from Guardian Heroes. Though he is not the "main" villian in the game, he is certainly an antagonist. Everything from his awkward strut to his cowardly antics when he is defeated (not to mention the hilarious facial expressions during cutscenes) make him a prime candidate for this list. | Top five idiotic video game villians | Sep 05, 2013
781 | Article | Vaporman87 | If the couch has been given away, I wonder how long it will take for it to appear on Ebay? :) | A Look at SNICK | Sep 05, 2013
780 | Article | Mr Magic | Why no more orange couch? They didn't make payments on it? | A Look at SNICK | Sep 05, 2013
779 | Article | blueluigi | I watched the SNICK-iversary last month that aired during The 90s Are All That. It was a really nice tribute to SNICK that included some of the original 1992 bumpers. It was just too bad they couldn't include Roundhouse. | A Look at SNICK | Sep 05, 2013
778 | Article | Vaporman87 | I have to agree with your choice of the block's lineup. While many shows that aired during the 92 to 99 time frame werent realy my cup of tea, the quality of the block itself just seemed higher. And I like some stability and repetition in the bumpers, theme, etc. It helps increase the connection with the audience. Similar to the ABC Bumpers, or the Nick Jr. Moose A Moose segments. They give a feeling of familiarity and nostalgia in some cases. This was an great article. I really enjoyed it. Thanks TDITH! | A Look at SNICK | Sep 05, 2013
