3638ArticleSuperman@Hoju - Yeah, he really was a great grandpa, and it is kind of nice to be reminded of him whenever I see a snowman, even all these years later. Dec 26, 2016View
3636ArticleHoju KoolanderWow, I was not expecting that heartfelt turn. What a great Grandpa, though I'm sorry you never got to build the Snowman both him. Wish I had been that close with any of my Grandparents, what a special bond to have and to be able to be reminded of him every time you see a Snowman as the years go on.The First Snowman I Ever BuiltDec 26, 2016View
3635ArticleHoju KoolanderThanks for this eye opening look at the fat man in a red suit we take for granted every December. I never would have guessed that throwing Thor's dad, a gift giving Christ Child and fashionable Spanish saint into a blender would give birth to Santa Claus. Very cool. The History of ChristmasDec 24, 2016View
3632ArticleHoju KoolanderI want to hang out at Grandma's house! Secret cellars, chocolate milk, monster cookies and color wheel tree decorations? What fun times. Are those Thundercats figures next to you in the braided rug photo? Merry Christmas, buddy!NLogan's Christmas at Grandma's HouseDec 24, 2016View

3628ArticleSuperman@massreality - Yes! Christmas episodes of my favorite shows can be so much fun to watch! I find myself disappointed whenever a show I like doesn't have at least one episode devoted to Christmas.Christmas with SupermanDec 23, 2016View
3627ArticleRick Ace RhodesI can't really remember ever asking for something and not receiving it. I didn't really ask for much around the holidays when I was a kid, I would often make out a small list of things, and most of my presents that followed were either things my family thought I would like or things they heard me mention and thought would be a good gift. There are some darker sides to Christmas though. Not getting to spend it with certain family members because of either family drama, falling outs or them just not being able to travel home. There's sad aspects but I guess you just have to focus on the good.Christmas 64Dec 22, 2016View
3626ArticlemassrealityIt’s refreshing to hear some of the forbidden topics of Christmas talked about. I guess, what it all boils down to is, most of us as children, are a little ungrateful and self-centered. We just focus on the things we want, and we can’t think of anything else. I do think the whole gifts from extended relatives affected me more as a person than most people. I hate to give a gift if it isn’t useful or desired. Christmas 64Dec 22, 2016View
