A good film, but I always preferred Convoy to this one.

The 2nd movie was okay, but it didn't have the same pizazz the first one had.

I loved the first Smokey and the Bandit movie. Sally Field and Burt Reynolds had such great chemistry, and Jackie Gleason was hilarious as the bumbling sheriff. Smokey and the Bandit II had it's moments, but I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as I enjoyed the first movie.
