I've noticed (during the course of my scouring the internet) that there are more and more little sites/ebay dealers that are getting into the "sticker replacement" business. I myself have some experience with sticker replacement, but only because said stickers came with my purchase of a used Attack Trak.
Yes, stickers are only one part of restoring old toys, but I thought it would be wise create an all encompassing thread on the subject.
I found this site which deals with M.A.S.K., StarCom, and various other toy line sticker replacements. I'm not sure how professional they are (die cut, or whatnot) but this is just one example of what I'm talking about.
