I just went on, and I got the new design. It looks overall better, but sadly, the forums still had part of that bland design from the old one. There's also bugs present as I couldn't even post.

Yeah. I can't post yet either. But I'm really enjoying the "throwback" look now. Hurray! I also like that the icons change on page refresh. Nice little touch.

I'm quite impressed. O__O I'm actually very happy to see the User Posts again. Too bad the posts from 2009 and sooner aren't in there, nonetheless, I'm still happy.
