So does anyone else own Disney Infinity? If so, for what system? We have it for the Xbox 360, and have several "extras" of a variety of Power Discs that I would like to trade for ones we do not have.

it's a little pricey for my taste. i wanted to get it for my wii u, but with those "power discs" i feel like it'll become more of a gimmick than actual fun.

maybe once they start selling it as a non-bundle i'll get it and slowly buy the accessories for it

First House of Mouse, now Disney Infinity. I love it when Disney characters collaborate.

Well, on the plus side, there are many items that don't require you to have a huge selection of characters. Yes, you need certain groups to unlock worlds for use in the Toy Box, but there are a huge variety of toys that can be gained regardless of your character collection.
And the Power Discs really only serve to either add an item to the Toy Box or provide a "paint job" to the sky... or perhaps a weapon or upgrade. But the discs really don't play a big role in the game. You could enjoy it a great deal without owning a single Power Disc.

My oldest son was ecstatic to get Jack Skellington. He's wanted it since the game first released, and was finally able to use him over the weekend.

i think before i really get into the game though i want to wait until they have more classic characters make it in. i've been looking at their official facebook page and they seem to take some requests here and there for those that should make it in

It looks (from in game hints and stuff) like Mickey (Sorcerer) will make it in at some point. I'm guessing Peter Pan, Beast, and some others will too, eventually.
