I always thought Larry was the most level headed of the bunch. I saw more of myself in him than the other two. Moe was a hothead and Curley was a dopey brat.

Kind of hard to choose. I think I like Moe the best. His frustration and anger is more funny for me than Larry's nebbishness or Curly's wackiness. But all three are essential to the team. Such that I cannot abide Shemp, Joe Besser, or Curly Joe.
