It's been an amazing week in Seattle as the city has been overrun by football fans. Australia has made quite an impression with the locals now that Team USA will advance to the next round with a 2-0 win over Australia.

Watching this World Cup had really made me miss how much I use to play as a kid. I use to love playing and always personally enjoyed it as a sport. I only stopped playing in Middle School to focus on my grades.

Oh well, go USA!!! I sincerely hope they win Thursday.

Same here, football was all the rage with Norfolk being NATO Headquarters for the North Atlantic Fleet. All the navy kids around the city were into Great Britain and Europe. I used to be so skinny as a kid, running all around the field, oh how I miss those days!
