What are some inarguably bad games that you enjoy anyways and would still recommend to fellow connoisseurs of bad games?

I think PN03 on GameCube is pretty fun. I totally get why people didn't like it, but I also think they didn't know what to make of it when it came out. It was reviewed like an action/adventure game but it's more like an arcade shmup and I'd say it almost qualifies as a rhythm game. I think it's cool how the combat resembles dancing and there's definitely a rhythm to it, but it probably would have been better if there was some mechanic that gave you bonuses for timing your moves to the soundtrack.

Monster Party gets a bad rap for being a bit too "out there" as an NES game, but I have a tradition of playing it from time to time during the month of October for its theme.

Batman Forever for Genesis.

As a kid, I never thought so much about the bad the graphics might have been. I just got into the game.

Yep. I said it.

@Mr Magic, I always thought that game looked cool. I'm a sucker for digitized live action and 3D sprites. I even gave the MK: Sub-Zero game on N64 way more of my time than it was worth.

@Benjanime, one of my Halloween bad game traditions is playing the Pumpkin Hill level from Sonic Adventure 2. It's awful to play but I love the Halloween aesthetic and the music in all the Knuckles levels is killer.

Little Nemo: The Dream Master

As freakishly hard it was, I did have a good time becoming the enemies whenever I tossed candy at them.

Little Nemo? Crappy? I heavily disagree, that game was and still is an underrated gem.

Oh, I didn't say it was crappy.

Other than the transformations I mentioned, the storyline was quite amusing.

It may have been tough, but it wasn't crappy.

I do apologize for mentioning this game in this thread btw.

Does anybody remember Treasures of the Deep on the first PlayStation? It was a submarine game. You start off by collecting old treasures but eventually end up fighting an international terrorist group.

I played it a lot as a kid, and eventually found a copy of it when I was in college. It was a pretty hard game, I had to play with some cheat codes enabled. My favorite mission was when you are in the Great Barrier Reef fighting off aggressive Great White Sharks.
