Hey, all. Not sure if this is okay to post. Mods (Tony?) feel free to delete if I'm off base.

My new novel just came out. I know a lot of us share a love of horror, so I thought it might be of some interest. Soundtrack to the End of the World is a fresh take on the zombie genre, veering into some unknown and strange territory.

A suicidal nudist strolls into traffic. An eccentric Buddhist claims he can occupy other people’s bodies. All the while, whispers of a new form of entertainment blow through town. Prompted by these strange occurrences, Marty Raft, a not-so-gentle giant, investigates and discovers underground clubs peddling music that induces an out-of-body experience. Marty and a wannabe comedian, Corey, set out to prove these special frequencies are nothing more than a hoax, or at worst, a mass-drugging. Instead, they uncover a secret with world-ending possibilities. If you can hear the music, it’s already too late.

This sounds very interesting and kooky! Perfect for Halloween.

Thanks, Tony! I should probably warn anyone averse to gore and foul language not to read this.

Congrataulations onipar! It's always nice to see a young author break into publishing. I'll make sure to pick up a copy. I'm currently working on my own novel, which I hope to turn into an entire series.

Thanks, Eddstarr! I'm glad the publisher decided to put it out now, definitely helps to have a horror release during this time of year!

Hey, thanks, Rick! I wish I could still consider myself a young author, but at 40, I'm not feeling that way anymore

:-p  I have another horror collection published called Greetings From Moon Hill which has lots of Halloween spirit running through its pages. I'm currently shopping around my newest novel for an agent to see if I can  move out of the indie world a little bit.

What kind of stuff do you write? When I hear "series" I always think sci fi or fantasy for some reason.

I write across the spectrum. Though now and days I mostly am focusing on sci-fi and horror. I won't give away too much, but I have a series idea that I am currently working on that is essentially Gundam meets Transformers.

Nice! That sounds awesome! I'm mostly horror of course, though my work tends to wriggle and crawl around all the subgenres equally.
