While this is not a Christmas story, it sure looks like one!

This is "The Scarlet Flower", a Russian version of Beauty and the Beast, created and produced at the world famous Soyuzmultfilm Studio in Moscow, released in 1952.

Yes, there's an English dubbed version on YouTube, that's the one I saw when I was only 7 years old in 1964.

But I actually prefer this version in the original Russian.
