on a secondary note nintendo has been cracking down on removing fan projects even when it's in the announcement phase. they're fine with artwork, but if it's entertainment media that's not even non-profit they'll find out and do something about it. i'm sure you're passionate about this, but i just want to let you know how strict nintendo can be when reaching out to the fans.
