Who are your favorite fictional detectives? Since my mom is a huge murder mystery fan, I've seen a lot of different ones over the years, but Stephanie Zimbalist as Laura Holt on Remington Steele stands out above most for me. I think it was cool that she often dressed like an old-time detective even though her show was set in the '80s. She really looked good in a fedora.
