Two Wrestlemania's back to back were complete utter sh*t.

Well now that it's over, I guess we can crap on it in the forums. What a horrible Wrestlemania. Undertaker is now likely going to be retiring, they once again attempt to push Roman Reigns but now the fans are probably going to hate him more. Goldberg vs Lesnar was worse then the one we saw at Wrestlemania XX. Seth Rollins vs Triple H could of easily been the best match of the night but they of course had to take a stupid approach with it. Randy Orton finally got his big Wrestlemania moment but it wasn't what it could of been. Quote Disable Sigs *Insert funny signature here*

This solidifies my certainty that I'm missing nothing by no longer being a wrestling fan.

It's pretty degrading how ringside commentators have called previous Wrestlemanias "The greatest Wrestlemania of all time." Without enthusiasm, nonetheless.
So, who are they fooling? Only themselves. And that's another thing that's killing WWE: Commentators who have no passion for pro wrestling. As far as this year's WM goes, all I can say is "Welcome back, Hardys! I'm just sorry they took the extreme out of WWE!" "If you think a 401K is your mother-in-law's bra size, you might be a redneck."

I feel good I didn't waste $10 or so getting a WWE network card to watch the show.

Glad the Hardy boys are back, may watch wrestling again, the Undertaker match was just sad, not that it was his supposedly his last match, but you can tell his age is catching up with him.

You know, I don't see how they can call Neville a Cruiserweight. He's too muscular! And he sure doesn't have a whole lotta Cruiserweight moves. "If you think a 401K is your mother-in-law's bra size, you might be a redneck."

According to his billed weight, he's below 200 pounds which might be a reason why.

I thought he weighed more than that.
The media still won't shut up about that fake proposal. They care about the stupidest things! "If you think a 401K is your mother-in-law's bra size, you might be a redneck."

savage and Elizabeth's was better

The bond between Savage and Elizabeth is far more memorable than Cena and Bella's will ever be.

Last year, after Wrestlemania I wrote, “I guess I have better things to do with my time” after ranting about how terrible the show was. Still, I stupidly watched a good portion of this weekend’s events. Seeing DDP and The Rock N Roll Express go into the Hall of Fame was great. Part of the NXT Takeover was good, but Wrestlemania… why oh why did I waste my time. The setting and stage were amazing and the Hardy Boyz return was great, but once you got past that it was a disappointment as usual. I’ve come to realize that wrestling has just changed too much for me. I should rephrase that, the WWE has changed too much. I love watching Lucha Underground and Ring of Honor, and I love checking out local indies but the whole “sports entertainment” that is WWE is not what I enjoy anymore. I’m pretty sure I won’t be wasting anymore time watching anything WWE. Side Note: The following night on Raw, the fans gave Roman Reigns hell and throughout the show the announcers referred to them as “alternate fans.” Those alternate fans were the same fans at Wrestlemania, the people who spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars to attend the week’s festivities, yet the WWE demeans them on national TV because they don’t agree with the way the company is going. That’s so infuriating. |
