I don't understand why they couldn't have gone with Chuck Woolery again. The man stays active and busy and looks great for his age. He could have easily come back for this, if he was willing.

Still would've been a better call than Andy Cohen. His show The Bachelor overstayed its welcome years ago.

Having watched the first episode, I can say with certainty that while the formula (with a few exceptions) remains the same, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The whole "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" over-the-top suspense and crazy lighting, the way too complex and gaudy looking set, and the awkward, goofball host make this revival a huge step down from the original.
Give me an episode of the original any day over this. I predict this mess WON'T be back in "2 and 2". (Ha! I kill me.) You love this signature.

Shockingly, it got renewed for a 2nd season.
The ratings for the revival seem pretty low. "If you think a 401K is your mother-in-law's bra size, you might be a redneck."
