Mr Magic
I kinda miss this company. Some good films were made there.

I just don't get it. These very popular movies helped make Orion a lot of money, obviously. So why did it go bankrupt?

It seems like from what I looked up for every success they had they also a had a couple films do horrible. 1989 was allegedly one of their worst years in business, even UHF was a failure (though it later became a cult classic). By the time they saw some of their last big successes not even those successes could make up for years of loses.

It also looks like they were having a lot of issues behind the scenes business wise in regards to stocks and who was in control of what.

Aside from epics like terminator and Robocop, they also had their share of duds. Anybody see Mac and Me?

Too bad. This company could've gone on forever.
