One of the decades that intrigues me the most, despite the fact that I wasn't actually alive during the time, is the 1960s. I think it comes from watching a lot of 1960s shows and movies with my mom. We watched a lot of Nick at Nite together over the years, and I became a fan of shows like Gilligan's Island, Bewitched, I Dream of Jeannie, The Munsters, and The Beverly Hillbillies. We also used to watch AMC's American Pop, a programming block where the network aired a different movie from the 1950s through the 1960s every Saturday night along with classic movie trailers, old drive-in movie ads, and music videos that were often cut from other films. Through this programming block, I discovered and fell in love with the Beach Party films starring Annette Funicello and Frankie Avalon, films from the Gidget series, and Elvis Presley films. Quote |

In terms of television, the 60s was a great time for it. I wasn't alive around that time, but I know quality when I see it.
Some I really like include: Bewitched Andy Griffith Show Jetsons Flintstones Munsters Addams Family Kimba the White Lion Astro Boy "If you think a 401K is your mother-in-law's bra size, you might be a redneck."

I agree with Superman and crow here. All of the aforementioned shows and films were fun to watch. I also think there were a few 60's vehicles that were pretty stellar. And many food products and brands that are still great today.
You love this signature.
