Good movie with actually some pretty creepy/scary parts to it.

It's meant to be a crime drama, but it feels a little like a horror film.

That's odd. I don't remember having that feeling watching it. Although, as I said, I can recall very little about it aside from the awesome vehicle.

For those of you that haven't seen Cobra or heard of it, it's about this Los Angeles street cop named Marion "Cobra" Cobretti who tries to protect a woman from a murderous cult named the New Order.
