| 44372 | Sonic the Hedgehog - Movie |
well he did make it in that one fanmade sonic movie from a few years back, though that movie was pretty bland at best.
| Benjanime | Nov 28, 2019 | ![]() |
| 44371 | Your avatar. |

Mine is of late Silent Film era (1892 to the late 1920's) star Theodosia Burr Goodman (Better known by her stage name Theda Bara, better known by her nickname The Vamp). Between 1912 and 1927, Theda starred in such films as A Fool There Was (Which for years was banned from the UK for having caption cards such as "Kiss me, you fool" ) and Cleopatra. Unfortunately most of her films are lost with at least 5 or 6 exceptions but there are lots of photos of her
| RetroSnob88 | Nov 28, 2019 | ![]() |
| 44370 | Sonic the Hedgehog - Movie |
Only gripe I have about the movie is they should have had Jaleel "Steve Urkel" White come back to reprise his role as the voice of Sonic (like in the cartoons. So yeah, if Sonic's voice sounded familiar, that's why). Heck, he hasn't done anything in like 20 years since Family Matters got canned
| RetroSnob88 | Nov 28, 2019 | ![]() |
| 44367 | Farewell Toys R Us |
You do know Toys R Us still exists in Canada, right? As for the main US branch, last I heard, earlier in the year, they were talking about bringing that back as King Joffery the Girrafe's Toy House or something like that. Honestly though, it's just as well Toys R Us closed. Place was expensive
| RetroSnob88 | Nov 28, 2019 | ![]() |
| 44366 | Frozen movie |
I'm not sure if this has been brought up and quite frankly I'm too lazy to go through all the threads so I apologize in advance if this was mentioned before: Frozen was actually a development hell project. No joke, in fact, it was one of the first DH projects to come from the House of Mouse and was early as 1936 when Walt wrote a script for The Snow Queen (based on the Hans Christian Andersen story of the same name respectively). It immediately got shoved to the side but was in that pile for eons. Years later, some person pulled the script out and got to work on it. One of its early concepts when the project continued was it was going to be a hand drawn animated musical starring Hocus Pocus herself Bette Midler. Eventually, they reworked it into what it is today and well, the rest is history

#TheMoreYouKnow
| RetroSnob88 | Nov 28, 2019 | ![]() |
| 44365 | Please Help Bring The Mysterious Cities of Gold 2012 to America |
And for those of you who didn't have Nickelodeon in the 80's, weren't allowed much television, had an isolated childhood void of anything fun, etc, The Mysterious Cities of Gold was a French Anime from the early 80's about a boy named Esteban whom in 1532 sets sail with an expedition bound for the Americas where Esteban hopes to find his father. To learn more about the show, here's a video all about this cult classic gem o' yesteryear

<!-- You're using demo endpoint of Iframely API commercially. | 44362 | Your Thanksgiving Traditions |
I don't really have any traditions. I might try to catch some of the parade, and if there is a good football game on I might watch it. The three games this year look like poor match ups so that's probably out.
| Rick Ace Rhodes | Nov 27, 2019 | ![]() |
