46151Cartoon "Sandwich" Time
Everyone wants to be a baron.

Between Dexter's Laboratory shorts, there were filler cartoons.

One was called Dial M For Monkey, which was about this crime-fighting monkey who was save the world when Dexter wasn't working on an experiment in his lab.

And then there's The Justice Friends, which is an animated sitcom of the lives of superhero spoofs. Major Glory, who is a Captain America Parody. The Infraggable Krunk, who's a parody of The Incredible Hulk. And Val Hallen, who's a cross between Thor and Eddie Van Halen.

There were some interesting bad guys on The Justice Friends, like this postal worker.

I liked how he threw that sharp piece of paper across Major Glory's face. "Ahh!! 46149TurboGrafx-16 Mini Console
just get a turbografx16 USB controller, download the games and you're gold B)
BenjanimeSep 12, 2020View
46148TurboGrafx-16 Mini Console

Hmmm, on the one hand I tend not to notice little issues like that. On the other, I have a raspberry pi system (just no turbo games loaded yet) and it would save $100. I'm torn. :P
oniparSep 12, 2020View
46147TurboGrafx-16 Mini Console
I've heard there's some slight input delay in certain games and lords of thunder has emulation problems. I'm just gonna take the cheap way out and play the games on a raspberry pi I own.
BenjanimeSep 12, 2020View

46145Super Mario 35th Anniversary
Is it already up for preorder somewhere? I put a reminder on Best Buy for when it comes available. Damn scalpers...
oniparSep 12, 2020View
46144Super Mario 35th Anniversary
@onipar

better preorder it now before those ebay scalpers take advantage of it and sell it for double the price, in my opinion the $50 is actually a decent price for what you're getting with it.
BenjanimeSep 12, 2020View
46143Super Mario 35th Anniversary
I don't have a Switch, so I think the only thing I can really take advantage of is the Game and Watch, though I'm on the fence with the price of $50. It's cool, but I know myself and know I'd barely ever play it. I might still end up buying it though. :P
oniparSep 12, 2020View
46142Super Mario 35th Anniversary
I was reading an article on IGN about this today. Most places still have pre-orders available, but supplies seem to running thin. If you want a physical copy you probably are going to pay an exhorbent price for it.

Benjanime wrote :
looks like the 3D collection is already sold out on amazon, that was fast!

-end quote

Rick Ace RhodesSep 12, 2020View
