Last fall we went to <a href="http://mywebtimes.com/archives/ottawa/display.php?id=441939">Burgoo</a> festival in Utica IL. Burgoo is a "hearty pioneer stew", originally with the key ingredient of squirrel. I hear they don't use squirrel any more, though. By the time we got there all the stew was gone.
