4160Your TeachersI've had some good teachers, and I always think about seeing them again. I remember seeing my 8th grade homeroom teacher several years back while I was at Wal-Mart. She has a good heart and she seemed to enjoy having me for a student. The best to gain respect from a teacher is to respect them back. It works both ways.Mr MagicOct 09, 2013View
4159Your TeachersYes. In my articles, I often mention specific places, whether they're schools or vacation areas. Of course, I could be wrong about why she hasn't responded, and it might be she just doesn't remember me.Caps 2.0Oct 09, 2013View

This issue has become so talked about on TV constantly, it's pretty outrageous.
Notice though, that this increased concern with bullying has only come about at a time when it is increasingly considered appropriate for kids to come out of the closet early with their sexuality. When I was in school, we had our share of gay people, but they never said a word about it. You knew it, but you didn't talk about it. Meanwhile, those of us who are smaller, weaker... we got picked on and never had a lobbying group step up and say "This is wrong! This must stop!" So, while I agree that it's a problem, I think it's crap that only now do we consider it such a big deal, when it's been going on for ages.Vaporman87Oct 09, 2013View
4157RetroDaze Halloween SpecialWell, it shouldn't. Though, that remains to be seen I suppose. The server is a pretty powerful one, though even the most powerful servers can be strained. With the video being in Flash format, that helps tremendously. Flash video doesn't require near as much bandwidth to transmit as, say, mp4s. But again, we're still learning with each new experience in the theater. If things get too messed up, we can schedule another showing for we regulars only. Vaporman87Oct 09, 2013View

4154Things you don't like about this era.Something else I could care less for, though it is something that has been happening for many years now, and isn't all that new... the decrease in drive thru restaurants that take your order via an actual person in a window. I don't know what it is with my voice, but people just can't seem to understand completely what I'm saying... no matter how loud I speak it. I get so tired of ordering through a speaker/mic system. I just want to talk face to face with a person. I know this presents a bit of pressure to order quickly because you have this person next to you waiting for you to give them your order, but how is that different than ordering in the dining room?
