Yes, you need certain groups to unlock worlds for use in the Toy Box, but there are a huge variety of toys that can be gained regardless of your character collection.<br>And the Power Discs really only serve to either add an item to the Toy Box or provide a "paint job" to the sky... or perhaps a weapon or upgrade. But the discs really don't play a big role in the game. You could enjoy it a great deal without owning a single Power Disc.	Vaporman87	Nov 04, 2013
