| 5525 | Virtual Console Thursdays | I haven't played it myself, but I heard it wasn't as good as the second game. The storyline is a mess as Ryu Hayabusa was fighting robot spiders, mutants, and aliens. I also heard that the difficulty is sadistic, even though the series is known for it's difficulty. It also doesn't help that Techmo made the North American version more difficult than the japanese version. At least that version had restore points, the NA version is said to make you very frustrated.<br><br>I do, however, enjoyed the modern Ninja Gaiden games. I played through most of Ninja Gaiden II on the Xbox 360. I had a lot of fun with it, though I've never beaten it.
