| 15685 | How was your day? | Near as I can tell, I have high blood pressure. I'll have to have my doc hook me up with a 24 hour monitor to check for sure (cuz I always get nervous, even if I'm just checking it myself at the office). So yesterday was mostly a day of me trying to cope with the truth of that.<br><br>I've already known for some time about the tendency of my body to have bad cholesterol. I haven't dealt with that like I should have. But now this. <br><br>The time to change my lifestyle is at hand. I'm finished with pop and eating junk. I am going to force myself to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Hopefully those things, and some supplements, will be enough to right this ship, but if not, I'll do whatever it takes. <br><br>I am 5'8" (on a good day) and weigh about 160 lbs.
