| 15698 | How was your day? | Thanks guys. Having taken the day off today from work, I've been relaxing around home (We're all still a sick around here). My blood pressure has been lower than previous readings. I'm feeling more confident that this can be kept under control. Just need to stick with it. Today is day two without soda and junk and 30 mins. of exercise. <br><br>The withdrawal headaches from less caffeine have been annoying, but not intolerable.
