| 17203 | SNL 40th Anniversary | I missed this, but I caught the first episode on Saturday. Some people say the show has declined, some people say those people are just wearing rose-colored glasses...I say the oldest stuff is still genius. But I also feel that way about most long-running series. When ideas are fresh and formative, of course that's when the work will be the strongest! <br><br>My favorite skits are Weekend Update...from any time period.
