One way I describe it now is, "</span><b>The Sound of Philadelphia - TSOP</b>".</div><div style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;"><br></div><div style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">TSOP came into common usage in 1971 and describes a "soft soul" sound backed by a full orchestra with a lush string section. Think </span><b>Barry White</b> for a good example.</div><div style="font-size: 10pt;"><br></div><div style="font-size: 10pt;">My final year in middle school was filled with this type of music and it still has a hold on me even now.
