Trouble in Tokyo at least feels like a proper conclusion to the series. It might have some flaws but overall it ends the series on a high note, allowing the series to have no further accomplishments it needs to meet.<div><br></div><div>I feel like that was a big problem with a lot of the DC Universe cartoons (I know Teen Titans isn't technically labeled as one, but in all honesty it is). A lot of them just did not have great episodes to end their series on. Batman Beyond's was okay, but nothing special (plus it got delayed because of 9/11). The New Batman Adventures final episode was interesting, but left a lot to be desired.
